About
I appreciate the uniqueness of each person as a human being.
By title, I’m a leadership advisor, organizational psychologist, coach, keynote speaker, and founder. But, at my core, I’m a committed and compassionate guide who leverages a data-based approach to help transform individuals into self-aware, effective leaders. The outcome is more fulfillment, better outcomes, and goal achievement.
About Me,
Alan Friedman
I’ve always been energized by people and their potential. After holding leadership positions at Abbott Laboratories, CR Bard, Neurometrix, and Johnson and Johnson, I realized that I wanted to go deeper into what it means to be a leader and understand the intersection between the individual and social organizational systems.
In my mission to rewrite society’s script of what it means to be a leader, I obtained an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. To further supplement my toolkit, I completed the Columbia Business School Coaching Intensive Certification Program (CCCP), earned designations as a master trainer for the Hogan Assessment Suite, Deeper Signals, AON Adept 15 and the Change Leadership Behavior Inventory (CLBI), and became a certified administrator for the Learning Versatility Index (LVI) and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Benchmarks 360 Instrument.
I intensely believe in the powers of collaboration and communication. In addition to founding my leadership advisory firm J3P Health, I co-founded the Advisory Council for American Medical Student Association (AMSA) and serve as an associate editor for the American Journal of Medical Quality (AJMQ).
My thought leadership has influenced organizations throughout the United States, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala, Australia and Canada.
